Andrea Reade brings more than twenty years of experience helping organizations strengthen leadership, improve performance, navigate change, and achieve strategic goals.
Throughout her career, Andrea has partnered with leaders across education, nonprofit, and community-serving organizations to facilitate planning, develop organizational capacity, coach leadership teams, and support meaningful organizational improvement.
Having served as an Executive Director, President of the Board, and member of the Board of Directors across multiple nonprofits, Andrea understands firsthand the realities nonprofit organizations face. Her work combines strategic thinking, facilitation, governance expertise, change leadership, and practical implementation support to help organizations move from challenge to opportunity.
Andrea believes the most successful consulting relationships are built on trust, collaboration, and a genuine commitment to helping leaders succeed.
Devin Proctor
Director of Operations & Growth Technology
Devin Proctor brings extensive experience in business operations, financial management, client systems, and organizational support, with a strong background serving nonprofit organizations and mission-driven environments. Her expertise includes CRM administration, billing and revenue management, data analysis, process improvement, staff training and supervision, and technology implementation.
Throughout her career, Devin has supported complex operational functions, managed financial and billing systems, developed reporting processes, and created data dashboards that help leaders make informed decisions. She is particularly skilled at translating data into meaningful insights, improving organizational efficiency, and ensuring that systems and processes effectively support strategic goals.
At Advantage Impact Partners, Devin leads operational systems, technology integration, CRM management, AI-enabled business applications, and business development support. Her analytical mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous improvement help clients and the firm leverage technology and data to maximize impact and drive sustainable growth.
